We understand that business is not always conducted during business hours and that it is often important for our agent partners and affiliates to have the ability to interact with our network and submit their client information to us 24 hours a day. Through Agent Access, Agents who are a part of the Sentidel Group have immediate access to their individual account and client merchant information at all times. Of course, you are still welcome to use any of our other contact points to conduct your business with the Sentidel Group and will be met with the exceptional level of customer service that you have come to expect.

Agents who wish to affiliate with or have the Sentidel Group place their client merchants and track their placements should complete the Agent Application. Upon successful completion of the Agent Application and account activation, you will be immediately provided with a username and password to Sentidel Agent Access. You may then use yourAccess account to submit new clients and track existing merchant placements.
